Winning matches at home on doctored pitches and losing all the series that are played outside sub continent is not a measure of successful captain,then even Azhar will also be considered successful captain.And captains like Pataudi,Ganguly,Kapil & Dravid are not worthy as they didn't win so many home matches though they away record is better than your so called successful captain.
And regarding showing interest in playing shorter format,it's not Holding's fault that Dhoni gave a statement that he will take a call on his test career after the Oz tour to prolong his ODI & T20 career.So calling Holding silly itself is very silly.
