This is simply time consuming.The SC should give out a firm ruling and not leave any scope for further appeal in the on going BCCI and N Srinivasan and CSK and ICC-cement company.Only a firm ruling by the SC will be appreciated by the cricket loving countrymen.
Even if Srinivasan is not in the BCCI, the conflict of interest will persist since he continues to head the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association as well as own CSK. It will end only when either Srinivasan also quits the TNCA or the Chennai team franchaise is no longer owned by India Cements.
