Attach bank accounts of kundra dhoni shrini to prime minister relief fund acc now that will help govt solve black money cases also killing 2 birds in one stone
Did they have to wait for the investigation report to find out there is a conflict of interest or did they waited in expectation of something will come against srini in investigation and when it doesnt they have gone back to the old issue.
As far as i can remember there was one AC Muthiah who raised this in umpteen courts shouting there is a conflict of interest against Srini and all cases were dismissed. Wait, it was congress govt then and SC, HC, DC, etc etc. interpreted the law differently? Probably new laws have come up and with the wisdom of those laws in the holy grail the common man does not know, SC is raising conflict of interest.
Though it is possible most of the time to escape law quoting legality and getting benefit of law,the FIL of "a mere cricket enthusiast",must resign straight away and do the game a favour.Otherwise it can well be assumed that he is well covering up for all the rotten eggs, and he is no better than just a mere(betting)cricket enthusiast like his SIL(as is already proven beyond doubt);and therefore not safe for running a great game in India and internationally.
He should be sacked today itself by BCCI and Govt should initiate proceedings against him as the DON OF BUNDALBAZI.HE should be jail by now that to without BAIL.
Given the humongous backlog of cases in the Courts, an Aam Aadmi cannot even get the first hearing of his case for years. Yet Srinivasan files a petition in the SC, gets an immediate hearing and gets lambasted till the next petition comes up. How does he keep getting this preferential treatment every time ?

SC should give its judgement rather than pass such half baked strictures.
