SC acts so tootless
by Ganesh Kamath on Nov 24, 2014 06:05 PM

SC only talks. Nothing worth wile is going to come out. If they mean it, what's stopping them from acting. Pity, when it comes to the rich and powerful, all decisions and actions get embroiled and hidden behind 'technicalities' and get twisted such that in the end, all go scot free. Sports enthusiast...my foot. Wasn't there conflict of interest in the first place when the BCCI officials themselves were permitted to be owners of IPL teams? Even my cat knows this. and no one is doing anything about it. Why? No one wants to dirty their hands and its convenient for all......cause its a case of 'eat and let other also hog'.....stinking bag of numbskulls

if there was one man who redefined BCCI's ten commandments as his own that man surely has to be NS. He bent the rules so he could own his own IPL club
He bent the rules so he could be president again and again
His plea of innocence is laughable - when his son-in-law meiyappan was indicted for fixing, he committed perjury to the cricket loving public and to the world by claiming that meiyappan was a cricket enthusiast and did not have anything to do with running the CSK team. He went further by having a committee of yes-men appointed (that included the yes-man raviShastri) who exonerated meiyappan of any wrongdoing.

now the long arm of the law seems to be catching up with NS but will that clean up BCCI>? what of NS' cronies who throng BCCI?

it is a herculean task

Time for Srinivasan to decide. He could either be BCCI president or the owner of Chennai Super Kings. He can't be both. As BCCI president he hadn't acted swiftly against all the erring individuals. So doesn't have the right to be a President. He better remains the owner of Chennai Super Kings. That will be in the Best Interests of the Game. But the funny things is this guy is currently heading ICC and will have an influence on whoever comes as president of BCCI. So whatever the SC decides, Srini will still win. He should be ripped of his ICC chairman post as well.

If any time Indian cricket history will be written then the liomit of shamelessness will eb defined by our Own Srinivasan. He is sucha hard nut that he has come to tke level of do or die but to be the BCCI president. This do or die itself speaks abnout the status of BCCI and the glory of its job at helm....otherwise once supreme court comes in the picture , most of the gentlemen leave the scene with self respect and humility. But this gentleman is so hard and so much greedy that he is not ready to leave the scene in spite of many thrashes of highest court of India .....Great Boss Srinivasan..
