no chance for India with this team
by amar saraswat on Nov 25, 2014 03:55 PM

The Indian team is highly experienced but smug. They know they will not be thrown out of the team because they haven't been so far after 5 series loses abroad. Thanks to the betting partners Dhoni and Srinivasan who control Indian cricket. No surprise Half of the Indian team are sycophants from Chennai Super Kings. Dhoni's enemity with Sehwag, Gambhir , Yuvraj, Ashish Nehra, Zaheer has ensured that all of them are out of the team. Even after losing five consecutive series abroad shameless Dhoni is still the captain and the team also remains the same. A whitwash awaits the India team in Australia. And on the bouncy tracks in the world cup they would not even reach the semis with this team.

Remove Ashwin from slips
by Mike Teflon on Nov 24, 2014 07:34 PM  | Hide replies

Ashwin is a liability in the slip cordon. Captain Kohli should stand always at first slip. India's slip cordon is still not settled and could prove a costly lapse in the test matches ahead..

Remove Ashwin from the team itself. He will be a liability in Aussie conditions

Good by not impressive

3 for 72 (17 over at 4 runs per over) is not impressive, especially against a weak team. Seamers will have to perform much better against the main team. Will Shikhar in the team, we will always begin with 1 wicket short in any innings.

That I was too thinking, what impressive it is? These are inexperienced lot, experienced Aussie batsmen send him to drycleaners!!

bowling at 4.00 run per over, rediff calling him impressive

I dont understand rediff... how can they say it was an impressive performance when your bowlers are giving away more than 4 run per over. Shami and bhuvi are good.

bhuvi is at his best.Once Aaron reaches his pull potential and injury free he will be lethal on any pitch on earth with raw pace.

WRIDDHIMAN DESERVES FAIR CHANCE FROM SELECTOS.
by subrata banerjee on Nov 24, 2014 04:20 PM

Few days back, the great ex all rounder Ravi shastri commented in Times of India that "THIS IS WHY SAHA IS CONISDERED ONE OF THE BEST WICKET KEEPERS OF OUR COUNTRY" (after playing first 3 one day matches against srilanka and his performance behind the stumps were superb). But how long the performance can be maintained if fair and proper selection do not find him in the team on a permanent basis. Should we still bang on stop gap wicket keeper? Saha's batting is also commendable at the same time in all kinds of formats of cricket.

this is funny, the opponents were like a under 19 team. Judgement day will be at the end of the first test after they bowl against some of the best Australian batsmen.

Even if they win against the present Australian team it is nothing great as they are not playing against a world class Australian team of 90's and 2000's
