Dissolve BCCI immediately and let the sports ministry take over the functioning of Cricket and set up a team of expert ex cricket players to manage affairs. NO need of corrupt politicians like Sharad Pawar or that Moturam Shukla.
Is BCCI in India, if so does Indian rules apply to BCCI. Can they shift the goalpost suiting their requirement. Most of the corrupt politicians have interest in BCCI.
