The whole project is becoming a comedy movie, only photo shoots and wasting people's time and money.

Why not you also join in this comedy. At least it is better to do some comedy rather than doing nothing and giving only nasty and bad lecture in this forum.
l don't publish swarm of peoples holding broom , show the area clensed by each one of them on particular day and steps initiated to ensure that it acually remins clean thereafter
