how many cricket fans know that most of dhonis runs have come against weak oppositions and he has nothing to show in his kit as a useful contribution to a win outside the subcontinent.vengsarkar played in an era where cricket was seriously played unlike fluke dhoni

for your knowledge.. vengsarkar played in era when bowlers like Marshal, Garner, Holding, Roberts, Imran, Botham, WIllis, Hadlee played... and about Dhoni, apart from Stayn, Morkel and Anderson, can you name anyone really great bowlers.. and check Dhoni's record against these bowlers also...

yes murali maling shoaib akhtar broad mitchell johnson and many more such....and dhoni has successful against them..
btw how many times has vengsarkar been successful against the bowlers that you have mentioned? if he was successful then why his away test average same as dhoni's away test average?
