Ravi was a slow slow bowler and even slower batsman' his fielding was lethargic at best - if he sees him self in Virat then it must be in the off-field antics of the latter or with age Ravi must have diminished eye sight ;)

very well said..all he ever achieved is an audi for a life..such a boring cricketer..he is on the other side of the coin as far as Virat is concerned..

Ravi Shastri had Amrita Singh and Virat is going strong with A Sharma....so there girlfriend (as on today starts with A & S)....otherwise nothing much. Hopefully Virat will certainly be a good captian and very dedicated to Ms. A Sharma. Ravi Shasttri Sir, please abstain telling this and that ...Your getting two payments also..liiuke sunny gavaskar !!! Just 'keep cool' as told by rahul dravid..now your NOT!!!!

I thought Kohli should be dropped from the team if his cricket is like that of Ravi Shastri's cricket-totally boring and useless.
The Sri Lanka's tour is not a good thing to happen to team India. Massive victories against this under-prepared side has given a lot of false confidence. It would have been better to prepare ourselves against some tough opposition as the Australians are doing.
