Undoubtedly Rohit got lot of potential in him suited for Indian pitches. Its a treat to watch him when he is on go on typical Indian dead batting pitches. Rohit always comes with a bang when he is left out of team and then cools down and becomes a burden for team with inconsistent performances. Problem is with his consistency in inconsistency when his berth is confirmed in the team. Rohit lacks ability to perform abroad. His talent is suited for only Indian dead pitches.
After this man got this record score I lost interest in Cricket. Greater batsmen like Richards , Loyyd Botham could not score even one double century. The quality of cricket and bowling has fallen abysmally. Cricket has lost its charm .20-20 is enjoyable because the TV shows frequently 'attractive' Indian spectators
For all the talent that he had, he's been ruthlessly criticized for underperforming. Once you set a standard and can't repeat it time and again, you suffer from it as expectations soar unreasonably...
Tendulkar was a classic example of such phenomenon. Rohit dropped his guard many a times and was blasted as a flat track bully. This guy is genuinely talented and if he holds his own, we can witness a sizzling India down under...

rohit should be sent as 6th or 7th down batsmen so that the opposition team will not look forward to face him too often and that he does not have to break all records of one day..
