sachin's biography
by bhujanga subannachar on Nov 13, 2014 08:46 AM

During Kapil's era in International Cricket Sachin was a kid and had no maturity but only had skillful game - a talent. He has successfully used his talent made records BUT MISERABLY FAILED AS TEAM LEADER / BUILDER . This shows lack of his personality. If he were true to his feeling on any person during his playing time why he never expressed his feelings this shows a sort of chicken hearted personality. He is now MP which he definately do not deserve for want of leadership quality. Every Bharatna is not nominated MP but UPA did it as it likes spinelessness as quality of leadership. He is bestowed with Bharat Ratna which should not be questioned though bit con traversal. We must accept that it was only towards recognition towards one's excellent achievement.

Autobiography or cheap thriller
by Arun Nayar on Nov 13, 2014 12:40 AM

You cant expect much from a guy who is a school dropout and learned to speak English from fellow cricket players. The book reads like a cheap B grade thriller. There is nothing interesting or inspiring in this book. I feel for the thousands of kids that are going to treat this book like their bible for lessons in life and be sorely disappointed.

As my message I would like to give a Quote by Edgar Allan Poe:
Believe me, there exists no such dilemma as that in which a gentleman is placed when he is forced to reply to a blackguard.”

we gave lot of love and respect to tendulkar eventhough he clearly fail in fast and bouncy track and persentage test matches we lost outside india in his present ...He should learn how to respect one of the all time indian best cricketer like Kpil..why not no word about Gavaskars 60 over for just 30 runs in world cup

Kapil Dev was not known for coaching, he was known for great victory which he brought for India in 1983. That was his biggest achievement. What was Tendulkar's contribution in bringing world cup for India? Zero.

Greg Chappell is also an Australian legend. However, he was a useless coach and a dishonest and undesirable person. These aspects are totally disjoint elements.

when it comes to any player who was always in the interest of the team, Sir Kapil Dev is miles ahead of this record blaster.

What was Sachin's contribution to bringing world cup? Zero. Did he really deserve to be carried on shoulder by his team mates around the field after the end of the final match? I don't think so. We have made a hype about Tendulkar and he is showing his real shallowness by commenting on people who are way above him. At least Kapil Dev didn't play for his own record, he played for his country.

Right or wrong Sachin Tendulkar scored about 50 centuries and a double century in international one day cricket against tough oppositions. Hence, his contributions in this area are quite solid.
