There is no surprises here. There is no money and glamor in test cricket like IPL. Why these guys would want to play test cricket? Rohit Sharma hitting 264 in india is no wonder. He wont even hit a half century in australia. India wont even go to second round in world cup. But no one will bother. The common indian has seen his share of heroics from these so called heroes.
India can win matches only in sub-continent, once they go out of sub-continent, you can see only loosing the matches. Quality Indian cricket died after retirement of Sachin, Dravid, Laxman, Kumble.
hehehee..and not too long ago clarke was the blue eyed boy of ian chappell and he had claimed that clarke is the best captain in the world....lolololol....
btw though warne may think clarke is the best captain in the world...what has he to say about the fact that clarke is on his way to become the worst away/overseas captain losing the most no. of away tests...though dhoni might hold that record now....14 away tests losses...clarke is not far behind with 10 overseas/away test losses....and with dhoni who will soon give up captaincy...clarke is going to be hands down worst away tests captain

Dhobi does not need to give up captaincy. He will be thown out of internatioanl cricket after final reporrt of Mudgal committee reveals... he he he ...
Indians perform well in Tests only at home and that against teams like the West Indies, Bangla Desh. India is good in the one dayers & T20. Hardly anyone is capable of playing all the 3 formats. The IPL has been the Root cause of this . But it's not too late and Test cricket cans still be popularised if we have a new captain and a new approach.Club over country is the law prevailing and talented cricketers have very little hopes of making a debut and even if they are treated badly and many a youngster has ended his career.

Not possible, with a corrupt official at the helm & hopeless cricketer leading India in Test match Cricket.
