and still indian media is not giving deserving coverage to it. our Vishy Anand has worked hard to challenge Carlsen. But, our media is still sleeping. and then they cry why india is a failed nation in sports. first learn to respect india's no. 1 sportsperson Vishy Anand!

Carlsen will humiliate Vishy big time again..and this time Vishy will retire from chess.
Carlsen is far more stronger than Vishy.

He was unlucky?
by Zeng on Nov 06, 2014 10:54 AM

He was simply not good. Even Mumbai Indians performed terribly under him even when having the best hitter, best bowler and an alround team. He failed miserably and then a young Rohit got him the trophy. Sachin even though a very talented player, didn't have the leadership, communication skills or tactical awareness of a good captain. He was one of the worst cpatains ever to lead. Don't even mention that he didn't have a good team - Dhoni won all the world cups with a worse attach - at least Sachin had Srinath and Kumble.

Why Tendulkar gave up India's captaincy
by Sharmila Bose on Nov 06, 2014 10:31 AM  | Hide replies

Becoz he was meant for the World top Betting racket and not for the sports.

His spots were fixed in every match.. The honors he got was a gratitude of that country's betting winning.. including Bharat Ratna..

Can you criticize a company while you are working in and bound by contracts. Instead of calling it a mouth full of worms, think rationally. His book has been published recently and that's the reason why things are coming up.

Why do people read old stuff? I don't understand it. Whatever happened has happened. We should move forward.

We all do that. right from early school days we have to read the past. One apple fell only once on Newton's head, but the entire generations after that are reading about it. Boring lessons of all subjects. What to do?

There is nothing to gain experience in Tendulkar's experience with Chappell. It was a person's own conflict of interest with another person. Chappell is not any more with Indian team. How is it relevant today except for cheap publicity for Tendulkar to sell the book?

Yes, I do believe he needs cheap publicity to sell his book after he left cricket. Tell me honestly and directly, would you have bought his book if he did not disclose these juicy details? Have you yet bought his book? I have not and have no intention to.

Do you really think, Sachin need Publicity to sell his Book? This Book is the Most anticipated Book in this Year in India. The Name Sachin and the Word Autobiography on Cover well enough to sell even a Blank Book.

this Book is not meant for educational Purpose. He is talking to his fans, Friends and family members who supported him throughout his career. This Book is called Autobiography. Anything related to his Life and Career certainly deserved to be written in his Book. A Player who is in BCCI Contract not allowed to speak in media without BCCI Approval and especially hot topics. Now he is not in BCCI contract, He can speak now. And also if he did talk then, he will be termed as a cry baby or arrongant like ganguly and will be counted as one of the member of Ganguly Gang.
