what major tournaments and who are the star players? karnataka is yet to produce a man with spine for a long time. Except Robin Uthappa, it only produced defensive players. And Robin turned out to be a zero outside ranji.

Its good, atleast we have players who have guts. Karntaka only produced defensive players with zero aggression. Luckily dravid and kumble had skills unlike the useless prasad, srinath, uthappa and scores of others.

You are branding Srinath as useless? He is one of the best fast bowlers to have played well for a long time in the Indian team. His record speaks for himself. Go get a life man.

As long as Dhoni Captain Karnataka players will not get chance. I still rate Rahul, Uthapa, Karun Nair are better batsman compare to Shikar, Rohit, Raina for test matches.... VinayKumar best bet for foriegn pitches. Unfortunately he tried only in Indian pitches
It will be good if he is included as he is in terrific form and is a talented player and he can be fitted in both tests and one dayers. It makes sense in selecting him ahead of ageing Gambhir
and media starts writing abt a player... and one bad knock media starts writing off a player...what has he done to deserve a place in the side...? and these knocks against which bowling and quality of bowling? pls hv patience....

Catch him young & give at least 3 chances. Don't take him as a tourist. Shikhar Dhavan is a flat pitch player that too only in DDI & 20/20
