Sehwag, Harbhajan & Goutam Gambhir are out of team because of their performance. Kohli can be a good captain but he is not mature enough to handle the pressure. See his records for RCB. Ashwin was not given all the matches on tour bcoz of his overseas performance only. Dhoni is not everything in Indian Cricket. There are other five wise men who select the team. Like wise, many of the good players are not getting chance.
