Tendulkar's biography

Sachin proved himself to be timid like most Indians in general. A player like Tendulkar sud have stood firm and strong to get away Indian cricket from Greg at that time it self. Instead he only showed coward and kept silent. Tendulkar was never bold and upright and mostly was selfish. He could have saved Indian cricket for better should he have done the right and talked to Board about these incidents. Greg cud do but little good for the Indian cricket . He was highly ambitious and wanted to do things in his way and get unprecedented result. Regret, he got it but in the negative. It was his flaws and lack of understanding about how to manage a world class team. He cud not succeed and was frustrated about how to achieve. Thats why he was even looking for unfair means. Tendulkar. Rahul and other senior players sud have shown courage to discuss the same with the then Board and convince them to either correct Mr. Greg or get rid of him. Mr. Kiran More also had the lion share to damage the Indian cricket at that time and he took against Sourav more than personal. No wonder why we Indian do not understand and act good for the country , probably we bear hereditary.

Tendulkar handled this differently. In the aftermath of the 2007 World Cup, he issued a statement that nobody had questioned his commitment in all these years. After this Chappell had no option but to resign. Maybe Greg Chappell had the right idea; there is no doubting his cricketing ability. His man management was poor; which is why he was a disaster.

"It's been a long time and it does not make much of a difference to me now," shows his excellent attitude. Sachin and Sourav should move over now and not make this a huge issue. They are world class anyways.

confirm that they were never aware of the discussion between Sachin and Chappell. So, why is it coming up after 7-8 years?

strange that sachin did not think it necessary to mention this important incident to both dravid and ganguly...and both coming to know of this only now after 7 years...makes one wonder whether he has invented this incident...
