1. M Vijay/Rohit does not deserve a spot in overseas conditions - S Dhawan its early to write him off 2. U Yadav is better bowler than any one part of current team(M Shami exception) 3. Binny is purely in PAPA's Quota who might have helped to pick Srinivasan(Dhoni's) quota of players (Ashwin/Jadeja/Mvijay etc) 4. Neither of Ashwin nor jadeja deserver spot in overseas conditions as seaming conditions need wrist spinners only(This is lack of commonsense on part of selectors) - the former is just finger spinner(trickster) and later is not spinner at all just puts in right area and expect pitch perform the magic

Just one more . as you said umesh yadav should have been picked instead of varun aaron.
What did Gambhir do to justifty his recall ? I think the selectors would have apologised to Zaheer for dropping him Indians suffer from many sickening complexes.

What did M Vijay/S Dhawan/ Rohit do to be retained? That too in an overseas tour then you will appreciate Gambhir is atleast a fighter who can make better impact then the mentioned
Dad a selector and Binny is in the team !! How can they justify this ?At least now Uthappa would have been OK.As any other thing in Karnataka this too.
Only Varun Aaron can be called a fast bowler, the heading of this article is not correct. Shami is ok, but the word fast sounds more sarcastic when referred to others like B Kumar, Ishant Sharma, Pandey and Pankaj. However Bhuvi even though he is not fast has improved by leaps and bounds and could be the key man under English conditions.
It is a case of blatant favoutism. Father is selector does not mean that son gets in team without credentials.Any young player like Unmukt, Zol etc should have been given exposure.
