Once upon a time, Gavaskar was a staunch supporter of Power, I mean Pawar. Eventually, Gavaskar was side lined by Pawar for very many reason, the then all powerful BCCI head did not pay heed to the former. But now Gavaskar has power in his hands, bestowed by Apex court. Now payback time
