the only reason aus were and have now again became no 1 ranked test team is because of sledging....they are not really a good team and dont deserve no 1 ranking....

they only won by sledging and when they stopped their sledging (after monkey gate incident) their ranking went into a free fall...they were even whitewashed in india and england also whipped them....they restarted their sledging and became no 1 ranked test team again...

in short aus are not no 1 ranked test team but no 1 ranked team of sledgers....if they are not allowed to sledge no way can they be no 1 ranked team....

But Australia are in the Top 3 Countries for Cricket Administration along with England & India.

So Other countries cannot enforce an Anti Sledging Law on other teams without Australia's consent.

when india lost their no 1 test ranking many people said india did not deserve to be no 1 anyway...when england and later SA became no 1 side i had said lets see how long they remain no. 1...and england and SA are no more no 1 test team...now lets see how long aus remains at no 1....a few more months probably...hehehehe...

Actually like india and dhoni aus and clarke have lost 7 consecutive away tests...so i wonder whether clarke should have continued as captain and whether aus really deserves to be called no 1 ranked test team...
