I have noted 10 facts stated in the article . I want to know whether as a president, do he know how to hold cricket bat properly or has he ever played even a gally cricket ? I strongly believe that people like Sharad pawar, Srinivasan, Rajiv Shukla etc. who dont know how to hold a cricket board but are in position with power in the cricket Board. This people really are not interested in the welfare of cricket and cricketers. Their main object is to play politicsand get power and positions. They dont know about agony, frusturation, depression, hard work , competition of young promising cricketers and play with their careers and future. Only the cricketers who has passed through such experience only can understand their plight. It is better, Such officials who dont know anything about cricket must be booted out. Sooner they quit , better for cricket .

CEO of a car manufacturing company may not be knowing how to perform in the shop floor. Its all about leadership. But that is not the issue here. Cricket has emerged as the most destructive sport by highly commercializing it and having deals under the table. Thats why industrialist, politicians and those who cant understand the sport also coming to the frontline to cash it. It is glorified corruption about which no aam aadmi or any such movements not raising the alarm. Last but least... what is so great about giving country's highest honor to a cricketer? No political party is ready to question the decision and it was congress's cunning decision. This sport has become a cult. We have to come out of it

Excellent analysis. I have stopped watching cricket after the fixing scams, though I was a crazy cricket fan.

I agree. He thought that noone will do anything to him like Subroto Roy of Sahara thought and both the people are compelled to face the ground realities by the highest court of the country which never tolerat any nonsense.
