YES, he should be thrown away! The same fate is waiting for the existing members because they are spineless and they are not strong enough to call a spade a spade in front of chief. They are the ultimate examples of NEPOTISM. Throw them all away and let Indian cricket be transparent.
To my point of view it should be Mr.Kapil Dev who has to be the cheif of BCCI instead of Mr.Sunil Gavaskar. But for sure Mr.Srinivasan should quit his position at the earliest, he is not eligible for that post. Actually sports should not be controlled by politicians or business people it should be controlled by the players. These politicians or business guys have their own consultants or agents who are the real gamblers. The IPL auction is a mere example and the players involved are like chicken who are to be slaughtered. Who knows how these games will survive if the politicians and the business people are governing them.

if it would have been some one, definitely many would have jumped to save his grace quoting his caste and religion. Alas, Srinivasan, does not fit in to any of the above. He has to quit and after the thorough probe, has to be arrested. Infact the BCCI bank account and other incomes from games and sponsors, has to be thoroughly scrutinised by either a sitting judge or the SC should order auditing by CAG to unearth the thousands and crores being enjoyed by the board menbers, including the last president Sarad Pawar.
No doubt, india is ruled, governed and watched as of now, only by Supreme Court.
