what is the question actualy do we think he should step down or do we think he is right in his action. Coz the answer for 1st question yes and for 2nd question is no . Please do not put such misleading questions in polls from further on.
Why Indian Government Authority are keeping mum on this issue, they don't want to clean up the cricket. Sports Ministry should take charge of BCCI. Srinivasan knows if he step down then his dream of being ICC chairman goes for a toss.

BCCI is merely a "Society" registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Act......the Government should make a legal move to withdraw BCCI's right "control" cricket in India. All other 'national' sports bodies are elected representative bodies amenable to Olympic charter whereas BCCI has its own Constitution which Mr Srinivasan has got amended at will to circumvent 'conflict of interest' and manipulation of election-clauses.
He has cheated the BCCI and the cricketing public of this great country. that shameless man should be thrown out of the BCCI and criminal proceedings be filed against him for breach of trust and for misguiding the country last 11 months.

Correct, the criminal action should be taken against Srinivasan.
Question or voting on to quit or not by Sirinivasan, does not have any significance when SC has asked him to do so. He should have done it much before but these all leaches will always stick to chairs even they have committed-ed blunders. He has spoiled the game's character and all his relatives along with other politicians and their near and dear ones are involved in it. At last law has taken it in its hand. We can only say that let SC is there and people in SC think positive for the nation. He should not only quit but should be punished for wrong doings.
Mr N. Srivivasan is like any of our Indian Politician, who will never leave the chair on any account till they are literally thrown out. Some of our useless and out of form cricketers are also the same. If Mr N. Srinivasan was a man of principles and high moral ground he would have himself quit BCCI long back.What about the other members of the BCCI? They are Spine less chaps, who do not care for the game of cricket or Our Nation. Their CHAIR and Position is MOST important. Luis D Cruz
This guy should be thrown into jail for the rest of his life because he thinks that everyone in India can be bought.Not only he should go behind bars but all those who are towing his line should be sacked from the board.
