BCCI President was....
by Discusion Forum on Mar 25, 2014 12:48 PM

too quick to impose life ban for S. Srisanth but in the case of President's son-in-law there is no action. It is shameful.

SC wants serious cleaning opf BCCI
by ASHKO KUMAR DHANUKA on Mar 25, 2014 12:31 PM

A step in right direction by Hon'ble SC,it must take steps so that no politicians/bureaucrats/corporates/business tycoons are allowed to be board members..Board must constitute prominent ex-players and professionals, all of them must be PAID EMPLOYEES thereby holding accountability. Many competent ex-players are available who can run the board more effectively the the present ones--few names to suggest---Kapil,M Amarnath,Kumble,Srinath,Vengsarkar,Bedi,S Ganguly,S Tendulkar,Gavaskar,Yashpal Sharma,Venkatraghawan,Prasanna,Srikant,S Kirmani,Chetan Sharma,etc.....these players can definitely contribute a lot to uplift the standard of cricket in our country....

Mafia
by m prasad on Mar 25, 2014 12:30 PM

Unfortunately who ever is taking over BCCI is trying to run a mafia there.
Even a new guy in place of Srini will become a mafia very soon after taking over BCCI.
Some gross root correction is required in BCCI.

I don't know where you come from, but I believe that we should see cricket as Indians and do every bit to ensure that the game and the country is not bought to disrepute by any person...... To refute your points, BCCI was the richest board and the most powerful member of the ICC... strong enough to stand against ACB and ECB to protect Indian Cricket and also Asian Cricket from any unfair biases long before this guy N Srinivasan took over the controls...... Dont forget Jagmohan Dalmiya and Sharad Pawar who have served and headed the BCCI as well as the ICC before Srinivasan..... So please dont make this a North vs South Debate...... lets all stand up and do whats good for the game and to safe guard the national pride.....

by pankaj s on Mar 25, 2014 12:12 PM  | Hide replies

Our indian team's dhongibaba will now be scared as his favourities ashwin, raina have to perform to be in indian team. Mishra has proved a point and even jadeja so i wonder how ashwin is retained? Lets see now TEAM INDIA PVT. LTD is out of clutches of sreenivasan & dhongibaba Co. Pvt. Ltd. Good days ahead for indian cricket team.

SC has now nailed him & left him with no option but to step down.It will be disaster for him if he stay put which would lead to SC seeking his dismissal & filing of FIR based on report.

After the loss of face reputation and respect in a society such a wealth is equal to one stealing the money from a blind beggar.
