Is Rahul and Congress aiming to defeat Modi and BJP then instead they should revamp the party in each state. Rahul seems to blame Modi for everything. He should first build a team to assist him and pick teams and start campaign in each state now itself. Rahul should desist such comments and work for 2019 elections now itself. congress should ensure all a new look with change in mind from the present corrupt lot.
