I think it is Dhoni's idea to ask Raina to speak. As a Captain he can't. But, believe me, Indian Team need them to concentrate on rotating strikes and don't want them to attack all bowlers.. It is a mind game..! India will be happy, if they keep rotating strike, rather than hit sixes.!! Good strategy. Good luck Team India.
Raina hasn't insulted anyone.... Other teams say so much against India's Bowling.... So what if Raina has said something generally.... WI don't rotate strike that well, is known to everyone, its not a secret.... Why is media making a big deal out of it.....

whatever teena, even after all those previous match performance of Raina, he is doing his job and always try hard to make a win for the team. and always ready to play in any condition.. In Hindi He is call as Sankatmochat, who always help by his bating, bolwing and fielding.
