Why doesnt the Selectors and Team Management understand the day s of Yuvraj are over long ago. Just because he perorms once it does not mean that he is fit to play. consistency is the key

And who will bat - you? i think you are batting for Binny because you are from the same state. Think national cause not state wise.

what abt other batsman in the team? anyways my only logic was dhoni would have lot of options in his hand. If the pitch is seamer friendly and one of the pace bowler goes for runs then he could be used. By selecting him Dhoni would have covered all the bases. Now it all depends on the batsman whether they want to score runs or not.

Thing is that Dhoni doesn't have the luxury of quality pace bowlers. His best bet is that Bhuvi and Sami bowls the last three death overs well. Don't think Binny is in his mind unless some one pulls out because of injury. He should also try to get one more spinning option in Rohit or Yuvi(who seemed rusted in last match)besides Suresh Raina.

Lot depends on the following two players on India's winning chances. Virat Kohli and Mohd Sami.
Sports reporters need some basic knowledge of the game. This is missing totally. Dhoni has been misquoted on his decision to include the extra spinner. Dew factor does not help spinners so extra dew would have been the case for an extra seamer. And no one saw any sign of extra dew at the start of the match. Thanks rediff for your highly imaginative reporting. And one of the great commentators Mr. Ganguly wanted to play an extra seamer. It would have made quite sure that India lost the match if such a strategy was adopted.

Dhoni is the best captain and makes the best decisions in the interest of the team winning. Unfortunately some ex-players sitting in the commentary box like Kavaskar and some other loudmouths criticise him and await a chance for the team to lose so they can blame him.
he he he he,Yes,Dhoni's brilliant captaincy won the match for India. By the way, wonder why the Indian media uses this term arch rival. The players from neither side behaved like this.

he he he he our dhoni is the best. Even your Imran could not achieve what our LEGEND Dhoni achieved at such a young age
Yesterday we won only because of our lethal spin attack as we restricted PAK to an easily chaseable 130 . Same spin attack must continue in remaining matches as sub continient pitches are spin friendly & teams like AUS , ENG , SA NZ & WI are traditionally weak against spin . Seems this WC is ours .
