Let cricketers from countries with 'fast' pitches come and show their talent on our 'slow' pitches, and judge them by their performances on such pitches as you judge our cricketers on fast pitches. If making centuries from 'dead' pitches, as your mention, is easy then why don't those cricketers from Australia, England, South Africa etc make centuries left, right, and center when they come to this part of the sub-continent??
