If you are a good enough player to get into the top five as a batsman, then you don’t necessarily need another skill. thats true. all bits n pieces players need that extra skill to suppress their limitations in their primary job.
Nobody have that sense neither Dravid nor Media to speak that It was Ganguly who cemented the place of Dravid in One Day side by indicting him as wicketkeeper. Great Leader do different thing. But Dravid didn’t have that humility to thank Ganguly for that. He & media can praise rising star & also legends but not Ganguly as he was the man behind Dravid’s rise in Limited Over Format. Money & Power speak differently. Come on Media & Dravid.
