First ban this shame less person ( Shukla) from entering the Indian cricket Admin,he is a substitute of THE bada GOON Sharad pawar,all these pple have back door access to the DAWOOD and co, that is why they want to get good name from teh underworld are planning to conduct IPL in DUBAI.
