Funny how things change so quickly. BCCI was avoiding UAE as it was a fixers haven. Now back to UAE despite having alternatives om hand. We will have more controversies this season. Fixers are going to have a field day.
WTF do they want to play in a country who treats your citizens as dogs. Why can't they plan in Sri Lanka or SA or even Bangladesh, but not in UAE...which anyway is a country that doesn't play cricket.
