Prasad was good bowling coach. But as far as india about bowling attack it is horrible we cannot able to take 20 wickets of any team. Hari om hari om hari om.
He has got no right to speak about Zaheer Khan. Prasad was himself a useless blower. Forget about his second spell, even his first spell was slower than Anil Kumble. Prasad got in to Indian team only because of Vishwanath who was chief of selection committee.

Boss, Prasad was a good bowler, who was in Indian team for all the right reasons. And dont drag Mr Vishwanath into your pathetic opinion. No Karnataka cricketer should be accused of nepotism from the beginning. They are very clean lot.

I think prasad has been one of the most overrated bowler in Indian team. He was worst as a bowler. His speed was less than even Ganguly and Kumble. Just bcoz there was a quota system that time he was in the team. Very useless bowler.

I think you got it all wrong about what Prasad says. in the past Zaheer himself mentioned that he used to get tired in the second spell and hence could not delivered. just look at his second spell stats and you'll know. As far as Prasad is concerned, he was a very good bowler and team player. after Kapil Dev and manoj Prabhakar, india only had Srinath and Prasad for very long until we got agarkar and zaheer. Both Srinath and Prasad have very good overseas record as indian bowler.
