UNFIT SMITH
by Shilpa Mehta on Mar 04, 2014 10:20 AM  | Hide replies

That show's he has lost his fitness &

form at the age of 33 only .

Look at Indian players they are fit

& performs even upto 40 .

Learn something from Indian players .

Sachin , Dravid , MSD , VVS , Dada , Zaheer - -

May be bit temporarily out of form but
that's the part of the game .

A player can be out of form even at 22 yrs of age that doesn' mean he should retire at 22 .

Your comment is hilarious.

Graeme Smith is fitter than any of those mentioned players.
He has scored a double century recently. He has scored more double centuries than any of the players you have mentioned.
He is retiring when he is still at the top of the game & in his own terms.
My salute to one of the grittiest players the game has ever seen.

Hi Smith why don't you learn from Sachin . See how sachin drag his career for another 3-4 years despite his poor form . East of west sachin is great (??????? )

That's completely untrue. Sachin left one day cricket when he was at the top of the game. Even in test matches, his form didn't dip before retirement. In both his last innings he scored 50s.
Plz check the facts & watch more games before making mindless comments.

Indian players should take lesson from Smith for retirement at time before you were thrown out of team

more importantly, it's appropriate to retire when you realize that you are not contributing to the team's cause
