MSD has never been a good leader and a captain stuff. He is in the team because of srini. once he goes many CSk rats will also follow and thus clean the team. Dhoni should be kept in reserve for few test matches in both india and abroad to make him focus on cricket rather than money alone.

No place for Dhoni in your team. Good. But why include spent force Viru, Gambhi, Harbhajan Singh, Zaheer Khan etc in the team?

because a spent viru and gambhir are still far effective than dhawan and jadeja, and bhajji can turn and bowl better than jadeja and ashwin.

Why can't we look ahead and go for new faces to be groomed for the future? Better to loose matches with youngsters than to loose with over the hill yester year stars.
Since Dhoni doesn't like Gambhir he is persisting with Dhawan despite his failures. Dhoni should put team's interest first and drop Dhawan and bring in Gambhir in the remaining 3 tests.
Team has only 2-3 real test batsman (Kohli,Pujara,Rahane) who poured thousands of run on domestic Ranji.Rest all are masala cricket players who are best in ODI's and IPL. But real test match requires only technical fit and quality players. Lord's match also saved by Rahane 100 on difficult pitch and later heriocs of Ishant. We need major changes in test team (ODI,T-20 are fine with dhoni captain) with new captain. Dhoni not allowing Bhajji to come in,blocking Gambhir even in these situations where part time offi can get 5 wkt ,so imagine what Bhajji would have done. Time to change captain and give a fresh thought.
Cheteshwar Pujara, Dhawan, Kohli, all are coming a cropper.......Rohit sharma, the less said, the better...he should never have been taken. What can MSD do??
Solution : Give them an ultimatum...no one is safe......perform or perish......

First let Dhoni start performing...performance starts with the captain. And he has shown zero imagination in difficult test matches abroad.
