Muslims first

This once again shows for Muslims their religion/community comes first, then comes their country, profession etc.

Absolutely true. Their blueprint says they should believe in universal brotherhood and not in a country.

Why cant the likes of Boko Haram, Al Shabaab, ISIS, Al Qaeda, LET go and fight against Israel and look for ultimate glory, instead of slaughtering innocent civilians and showing how Macho they are..Would like to see how they fare against Israel..

good point.
But all those you mentioned are COWARDS. And do not have the guts to fight soldiers face to face.

They can attack innocent, unarmed public in market, bus, rail or school.

Muzzzzleem give impression that they are aggressive but in reality when you stand up and fight they always retreat and hide.

Cricket and ICC have no Social Obligation..
by black horse on Jul 29, 2014 06:00 PM  | Hide replies

We have to recognise that we dont live in isolation and peaceful protest which does not hamper the proceedings of the game should be allowed if they are for a humanitarian cause. I TOTALLY dont agree with ICC action. Knowing the people and bodies associated with cricket it is clear that it is a game played by people who have NO SOCIAL OBLIGATION... (ever heard of a cricket match played for the Tsunami victims or for any worthwhile cause?) All they are concerned about is how much money can we make out of IPL and other money churners... and now with this they have put an official stamp on their shallowness!!!!

Do you mean to say that If we are concerned about a particular place then we have to be present at that place to save our solidarity. Then my dear what are you doing here. Lets go to Kashmir and save our Kashmiri Pandits. Why are you wasting your time on this forum.

Others on the same and opposite team are also have humanitarian mind set. If Humanitarian was the rationale, then one has to ware such bands every day because violence is happening every day at some part of this world. This is where religion is taking precedence to normal duty. And, this very behavior should be condemned and should be punished. ICC did right thing by keeping religion out from the cricket.

I wish the wrist band was protesting against the inhuman mass murder/ rape/killings/kidnappings/slaughter perperated by the likes of Nigerian Boko Haram/Sudani alShabaab militants/ISIS /Taliban/ al qaeda etc all in the name of religion. The world has never witnessed such brutality post auswitch but even the cruelty at auswitch was never invoked in the name of any faith.. Guys like Moeen Ali are a joke.. nothing more and their crude gestures do not in any way influence world opinion.

by greatone me on Jul 29, 2014 05:05 PM  | Hide replies

Ok i dont argue with their protest its for another discussion.

Why was Moeen ali not fined for violating ICC rules then?

Now its 100 percent sure Jimmy Anderson will escape without any punishment.

Any crime done with white skin is pardonable. Indian cricket team should have learnt it from the history of 200 years of east india company.
