SWINGERs

The very fact that they allege "threat with raised bat"., and self defence push by anderson is due to something highly / repeatedly provocative from that old english swinger.Or else jadeja needs to be treated for some kinda mental aile.(He seem to do the bat swinging quiet repeatedly-a few years back it was someone swinging his shirt.

Witness popping?

the mere fact that Jadeja has been fined even before Anderson hearing began, Anderson is going
to be LEFT OFF mildly.
So far the names of Stokes & Prior were not heard.
I think bCCI should take uop case with ICC to conduct the Enquiry as to how out of blue these name popped up.And disciplinary action be taken against them for FALSE EVIDENCE.

How one can rely on the testomony of English player who will always defend their player and penalise Jadeja on the basis of their statement ? This is nothing but a miockery of justice system in cricket where the complainant is first penalised while the real culprit is roaming free.

Sudden witnesses Stoke and Prior
by Bodh Ramdeo on Jul 27, 2014 11:38 PM

Something stinks to high heavens here...and it's not "cricket".

First, the CCTV was not 'working", so there's no video available of the "incident" (conveniently?).

Then, two "witnesses" suddenly materializes to accuse the Jadeja of "turning threateningly towrds Anderson"??????
So, why come forward only now?? The incident was reported how many days ago????

Are the The Brit players borrowing a page from the boorish behavior of their racist cousins from Down Under???

Perhaps it's time that BCCI got it's own camera crew to record everything from the time their players got off their trasport on arrival at the venue, and until until they board their own trasport to leave the venue. At least this way, there will be video footage of any "incidents".
