There is no discrimination here. Anderson is not yet acquitted. His is a level 3 charge and hence must be brought before a legal authority. It takes time and the trial is setup for a future date.Because Jadeja's charge is a level 2 offense it can be judged by Match referee. In this case Boon found Jadeja is guilty of level 1 offense (not level 2) which is good because there is now official acceptance that there was a confrontation.

This is the first case where the complainant is found guilty while the accused goes scot free. Absolute racial discrimination. BCCI should fight for removal of Boon as match referee and ensure Boon gets the boot.

The irony is the decision is taken by an aussie being a match referee. Whole world knows that aussies get away without any fines when they indulge in sledging. Boon was also involved in an incident against India in his playing days and got away!.

Does this mean Indians will always commit the mistake and others are going to be child like? Get a life man.
