As per the rule there is no provision for an appeal against level 1 offence for which Jadeja is given the verdict. This is a smart move by influential English cricket board who may have guided People like David Boon who may not be capable to understand the law and rule as a match referee.
Did anyone really expect anything different??? Especially coming from a ref from down-under... everyone the world over knows how highly they think of people whose forebears did not originate in europe.
