ya, posing question like this is better
by soco on Jul 21, 2014 02:02 PM

than saying that India is just distance from win , we have put eng to mat, this kind of statement are good after the result not before, hopefully our players will good today, now for today it is like odi and dhoni mind start to work which layed down during whole of the 4/5 days, infacted he did show that he has woken up in the last 15 overs by regularly changing bowlers which infact brought results only but to drop catch in dying moment yesterday... hope to see him be alert today

no, because dhoni is playing negative cricket , if he plays fast bowlers will have more time . but whoever is guiding them is not in favour of indian team

I see 70% possibility of a win for India. The only threat would be the current pair & Prior who can hit quick 50 if target is low

even Dhoni cannot go wrong because in the past when to bring in the slow bowlers was a confusion and he made some horrible mistake of persisting with Ashwin and Zaheer(the seniors @SA)almost lost a test. Now with one of the 3 seamers'always likely to come good, just a rotation of bowlers will do the trick.ATB Team INDIA.

BEFORE TEA
by Shilpa Mehta on Jul 21, 2014 12:48 PM  | Hide replies

Its impossible to remain on the wicket entire day for these remaining six players .

Pitch has very akward bounce & ball keeping sometimes too low .

I witnessed yesterday's game from stadium .

Team India will win before tea today .

ShilpaMaasi, yesterday I was glued to the TV to see you in Lords stadium but I couldn't. At least, you could have held a placard "Shilpa Mehta".

Hard one
by SURESH KUMAR C V on Jul 21, 2014 12:37 PM  | Hide replies

Looking at the way our bowlers allowed Eng tail to pile up runs and even overtake Indias score, it is anybodys match as of now. I find our bowlers lack consistency and also bowl directionless - I mean bowling as if there is no aim.. these things would add to Indias woes.. anyway, good luck Team India

If at all you have seen the two tests, India's bowling was much better than England and more objective,no doubt.

I cannot comment on the quality of bowling side..but being better bowling side is of no use if the opposition walks away with victory... because a couple of good innings of 30/40 could easily win the match for Eng and therefore I said the match is balanced...If the bowlers cannot get wickets, then they must try to restrict the run rate to put pressure on batting side and that tactics is a must under present situation I guess...

Only one team chased a successfully in this pitch on a second innings and that's not england (West indies 1984) . I don't think england is in their best form ever . So india will win for sure .
