by SATHY NARAYANAN on Jul 10, 2014 06:56 AM  | Hide replies

M.Vijay is like kumble..never gets his due..He is a classic stylish player but does not have the hype like rohit sharma..buthe performs well and is tailor made for testmatches where he can graft and build a innings..

Not really. He has played only 5 tests abroad. When Kohli, Rahane, Pujara were all praised for one century each in SA, NZ....why do you call Vijay as underperforming when he scored 97 under challenging conditions?

last time srinivasan trusted dhoni who failed to deliver even one single win the entire series. this time he is taking law into his hands.

I have always wondered about the issue you touched upon..It is utter lack of professionalism by Ashwin..With so manyrofessional fitness trainers available, why can't he hire one and become physically fit. If a Hrithik, Salman,Sharukh, Aamir (most of them in late 40s) can do that why not a professional cricketer. let him watch world cup football and learn what is physical fitness..

he he he he,why look so far? Ashwin can just look at Virat Kohli or Dhoni's fitness and learn from them.
