Rather than blaming team members Dhoni needs to look at his captaincy:
1) Raina, Ishant, Ashwin, Rohit have not been consitent. Had he dropped these players from start the outcome of series could have been different. 2) Ashwin is main spinner in the team and has not been taking wickets. Amit mishra is warming benches . Mishra should have been selected atleast from 3rd odi. Instead Ashwin was promoted in batting and projected as all rounder. Your main spinner should take wickets and create fear in batsmen like Ajmal, Murali, Warne. 3) Ishant Sharma has been inconsistent and could have given way to varun/ishwar from start of series. 4) Raina should not have been in team of first of all but Dhoni has been persisting his CSK mate. Rayudu should have been given oppurtunity from 1st odi. This would have given him confidence. You need to give new comers chance to settle 5) Binny plays the 4th odi and Ashwin bats ahead of him. He is been given just one over. Is this the way to build confidence of new comer.
To sum it Dhonis arrogance and his bias to close mates has given this result.

It is only you who should be blamed. to keep your Place you are accepting all sundries & your company sponsored players instead of genuinely desrved players. the ba----ds like Dravid & Kumble supported to you in place of Dinesh Karthik who is abetter batsmen & keeper than you. you were being governed by dee gang through bcci. be happy till another ni player agreees to tow the line of dee gang.up to that time your place & captaincy is secure.
