Indians are lambs overseas. Dhoni can win matches with flat pitches in India and not overseas. His job was to finish the careers of Sehwag and Gambhir. He succeeded with the help of Sriniasan. Great job by BCCI

100% correct. He is removing all his successors/threats like Dinesh,Bhajji,Shewag,Yuvi,Gambhir & playing with his chamchaas like jadeja,Dawan,Raina, kohli, sharma.ishant etc. He got the backing of bcci who was under pressure from dee gang for match fixing. India can have tree seperate teams & three seperate captains. This useless Dhoni & Co except Kohli is fit for T20 only.

How more flat pitch is needed than this NZ scored 271 in 42 overs and India made 277 in 41.3 which means on a full quota of 50 overs both would have made in excess of 340
This is not a World Cup Team at all, just a struggling bunch with Virat and Shami as the shining exceptions. If we go to the World Cup it has to be with Gambhir and Pujara and cut out all the chaff. Two more wicket taking bowlers also need to be in the eleven.
Its not a bad idea to have Virat as Capt in mid 2014, since he could bring a different perspective. No insult to Dhoni though, he has done great work for Indian cricket.
Of course if you ask the BCCI they will say " No problem. The boys are playing quite well; they just need some luck"
