DHONI MUST STRIVE FOR BETTER TEAM BALANCE

Although India lost but team India should not lose heart because they put up a better fight compared to the 1st match. Actually India were a bit unlucky to have lost this match to D/L rule as they came very close to victory with some spirited batting by the middle order which has not been delivering so far. This is what happens when a team doesn't have enough reserve strength to overcome the marginal push required under sudden turn of events like rain interruption etc. If only jadeja too had come up with some 20-30 runs India would have been through. Anyway encouraging signs are there and may be with some batting reinforcement with Binny taking place of a spinner India might be able to make the turn around with better team balance. Of course the opening pair has to deliver too. However it must be added that it is selectors’ and Dhoni’s own making who have brought upon themselves the position India is in the series because with the inclusion of Pujara India could have comfortably won the series. Further India’s 2015 WC squad w/o Pujara sounds absurd. On the bowling front Ishant’s just one over towards the end seems to be shifting the momentum to the opposition yet again as it happened umpteen number of times in the past. Dhoni has to take care of this critical phase either by dropping Ishant or prepare him better for the job. As things stand the same Kiwis side which was thrashed by Bangladesh look slightly better all round side.!It might be dif

Thehollowness of our so called great chasers stands exposed after another overseas defeat. It is now 5th straight ODI loss after 3-0 in SA.How long are we going to let such rank non performing captain to stay at top based on his domestic show on tailor made conditions? His decisions on favourite non performing players(rohit,Raina,Jadeza & Ishant) to be retained & fielding after winning toss are questionable to say the least

So all matches which India won by DL method were actually not won by India?
