Bedi too wrecked some careers as Captain but those were different times & he won some close matches for us out of country.

Calling Bedi fart is really not done.He was part of famous spin attack that was acknowledged as best in 60" early seventies.He won many matches for us along with Prasanna & Chandra even out of India

I am sorry to say that I do not agree with your reasoning. MSD great? Well, not in my books at least.
Dhoni is a decent player nd captain...yes there are certn issues like Raina and Ishant...but we must not 4get dat bedi himself njoyd BCCI backing...jst luk at wat happnd to careers of Rajinder Goel nd Padmajit Shivalkar....plus his comparison to pay-Mr. BEDI - cricktrs b4 u were paid nthng as compared to u...so we shudnt compare..
Bedi forgot to mention the name of the man who had the greatest clout with BCCI, i.e no other than the "Great man" -Sachin Tendulkar, without being the captain his views regarding player selection, team composition was taken. BCCI did not have the courage to tell him to retire,and arranged a WI tour for him to play his 200th test in Mumbai,and then retire.
the current lot at opening ,4 ,5 batting position can be tried /tested till nz & aussie tour , if they perform good or well , otherwise they will have to recall sehwag/gambhir ,yuvraj if they wish to be serious contender for WC 2015 as facts are not always substitute for experience @Alok Suryashyamkarn :'The One"
Dhoni is enjoying so much of power because he is the only one in indian cricket history to win World Cup, Champion's league and No.1 Test ranking. Did anyone else in BCCI's history achieved so much ?

very well said...he has achieved so much...odi wc t20 wc...no 1 ranking in all formats at some point of time...aus tri series win...champions trophy etc...
he is india's best cricketer till date....greater than gavaskar kapil sachin dravid ....

I am not doubting Dhoni's leadership qualities, but Raina still in the team? I cant belive it, what has the done..even in the past I dont remember Raina winning matches agains good teams

This arseholeBEDI has always remained a critic sans logic, do not bother about his childish remarks! Does he understand that the contract covers all the formats of the game, and Pujara does not even merit consideration in the ODI and T20 versions with his classical approach? He (Bedi) was a great bowler who could get tail-enders out, and his jealousy is evident when he goes on to say about the remuneration he used to get FORTY years ago!!! LOSER!!!
Marrissa Meyer of Yahoo fired her CIO who walked away with a $60 million package. For doing nothing - Sixty million dollars. 375 crores for doing nothing. A crore for not playing a few matches is not that much as Bedi is not making it out to be.
