Exactly I agree with Shah that Tests could have been scheduled before the one dayers because India is expected to do well and in all probability win the Test series 2-0. In fact if the Kiwi series had preceded SA series then India could have done better in SA. Yes, Indian bowling is not very strong but it is good enough for the Kiwi Test batting side. As far as batting is concerned India is a better batting side and is even better side than that visited NZ last time. Main bother is One dayers which is Kiwis' strength and it remains to be seen how the young and inexperienced bowling side performs in the initial and death overs? Ashwin is also a question mark on such green top wickets? As far as batting is concerned even if it is repetition it must be told again that there is a gaping hole in the middle order and S/Binny is not good enough to fill the hole and a batting collapse cannot be ruled out should the openers not give a good start as in SA. In the absence of Pujara the MO will be dependent heavily on Kohli and Dhoni in the rear. If one between the two fail then there could be trouble. Considering that the Kiwis are not as good as the protease it could be at best 50-50 and Indians will go with psychological disadvantage in Test series should India lose one dayers.

i wonder y pujara doesnt still find place in odi. all the non-performers like rohit (most hyped fake talent) gets chances repeatedly.
My friend it is a message for fixers where to put their money. Before the series itself, the results have been predicted. More so after the debacle of SA, 1 match to us , 1 to them , One dayers to us , so that TV people are also happy & fools like us waste our time & money on watching & fixing it.
we love living in fools paradise. Let us not predict in advance but wait/ watch & see if our NZ tour is good. Seriously hope that it does not go the way the SA tour went. we must start / end the tour on a positive note then we talk more. come on team india all the best for your NZ sojourn.

I enjoyed the drubbing of third class Indian team in SA and also the humiliation foolish fans suffered. Be prepared for more bose dk neelamegham.
Not so fast Mr Shah. Our weakness on pacy pitches has now been exposed in South Africa. Only Pujara and Kohli came out well. You need depth in batting like Australia to win overseas. We simply don't have that.
NZ has a matured Ross Taylor, McCullum and Rutherford plus quite a few good fast bowlers, so lets not get over confident.
I need not tell you what is going to happen against Mitchell Johnson and Co in Australia !!
