Dear Atul, Rogger Binny is chief selector for the past 1 year.
Rishi Dhawan would have been a much better choice. Binny can't bowl, his batting may be decent at best. He will get whacked by Corey Anderson, Jessee Ryder kind of players.
Dhawan has 49 wickets this season and plenty of runs as well, don't know how the selctors ignored him?

we are forced to watch Clowns..they then become our Heros as we are forced to watch them again and again..look at Amitab,Abishek,Kareena,the names are so many still...
Binny-Match-6,run-321,Avg-40.12,Wkt-11. Son of selector R.Binny.This year 1 fifty and 1 century. Shukla-Match-7,Run-491,Avg-54.55,Wkt-6. Last year bet all rounder declared by BCCI. This year 2 fifty and 2 century. Aron-Match-6.Wkt-20,Avg-29.95. Player from Jharkhand. Selector Saba Karim also from Jharkhand. Dinda-Match-7,Wkt-29Avg-25.62. Career averages of both Shukla and Binny are almost same. Dinda’s career average is better than Aron. In 1999 Shukla was selected in team India but he was rejected after only 3 matches. There are so many big names who are initially included in the team matches after matches without performance. If IPL performance was considered then Binny should be in T20 team only. Clearly performance is not quality. Only genetic relation and provincial relation is the quality. I am sure there will be so many players from other states whose performance are better than Binny and Aron. Cricket lovers will agree with me. It is meaningless to perform in Ranji trophy to get a call in Team India.

Also why there is Iswar Pandey(30 wkts this year) in the team and why did not R.Dhawan(49 wkts. this year) or JJ Bumrah (38 wkts this year), or Pankaj Singh(36 wkts this year), or Anureet Singh(35 wkts this year).

In case of including Binny as a all rounder performance of Pervez Rasool is much better than Binny this year, 515 runs and 14 wkts.

so is it worth to perform in club ckt t20 n b selected? ranji performances r 100% better criteria than ipl performances.

Mr. Vinay you did not understand his points. The stats. provided by him are of ranji trophy. What he mean that if these stats. have no value then continuing ranji trophy is meaningless.
Well he is in the team only because of his father. otherwise, he has not made any worthwhile contribution in the domestic cricket. IPL is an altogether different cup of tea.

in that case eh wud have been selected long back esp with dearth of all rounders in indian team. so keep ur pessimism to urself and appreciate a good talent. if selected he will be useful in NZ with his swing bowling. And I am not from his state or his IPL team!
