I think Bhajji is woefully out of form. Even in Ranji and Irani trophy the domestic batsmen took him to cleaners. Dada is suffering from the same problem as Dhoni i.e. backing their own protege or choices. We need to give chances to those who are in form
Shikar Dhavan start his inning aggressively. He is ruined by the struggle of Rohit Sharma who does not fit for opener's role. It is high time we should encourage a genuine openers like Gambhir or youngsters like Mandip Singh, K L Rahul or Jeevan Jyot Singh than this make shift opener who always gives bad start to India and put middle order in to deep pressure. Amit Mishra, Pragyan Oza should be tried before reintroducing Bhajji who has not done anything to support his recall. He was only sincere and obedient to Saurav Ganguly when the latter was Captaining.
Dada is very avid & keen observer & critique unlike other ex-cricketer however, he erred here. Bhajji has past his best and is terribly performing in domestic circuit as well. Yes if Mishra is predictable, give chances to KULDEEP YADAV, GOPAL, HUDA, & other emerging off spinners. For OJHA, he makes a sense, as OJHA is being labelled as test bowler. Here, DHONI & team management's strategy sucks.

Except his love for Bhajji to recall him I agree to all other suggestions. We should not give chance to anyone on the basis of past record. If Bhajji to be recalled what about Sehwag? He is not worse than Tohit Sharma a opener.
There is no place for sentiments in sports. Of course ashwin has not performed and so has most spinners from recent indian squad(including harbhajan) in pitches other than subcontinent that does not support spin bowling. Its hard to find bowlers like shane warne who can turn the cricket ball on any kind of surface. Its too early to write off Ashwin. Harbhajan has had his share of opportunities and has been backed through out his career from ganguly. Give others a chance. Like tendulkar even harbhajan should be given a match to end his career. If harbhajan is given a a sentimental thought so should sehwag and gambir be, we all know its does not work that way. Performance should be the only criteria. Its fair to call of ashwin, if he under performs in asia cup.

i felt the same about bhajji but ashwin should be rotated by ohja. Gambhir should get a chance with our openers struggling very badly and very consistently
Although i have almost lost the interest in cricket after Azharduin took the bribe, i keep seeing the news where ex cricket keep commenting on do this, don't do this etc..!! Hungry media keep publishing this as headlines, making the comments as norm..!! Why don't they just take it easy for while and let others do there job!!
Ganguly and Harbhajan play this politics. Very soon you will hear from Harbhajan that Ganguly is India's best captain. India has a young team and it needs time to grow. Harbajan singh struggled all the time when touring aborad. H. Singh has done nothing significant in recent times to warrant a recall. India should move forward with this young team and should try to bring Yuvraj Singh if he is fully fit.

Ganguly is India's best captain ever. This is a fact and doesn't need Bhajji's statement over this.
I am sick of hearing this from people who lack commensense...... 1. T20 Wcup - This is only due to Yuvraj's brillience where Dhoni has hardly any contribution as player through out this Wcup victories and for GODs sake please know this is first series of Dhoni as captain so credit a captain when he builds a team T20 is just IMPACT game any player can impact the whole outcome of the seires
2. ODI Wcup - Except finals DHoni has no contributions as player in the whole series here also major contributors are Yuvraj(man of seires) and Zak highest wicket tacker both of whom are backed to core by Ganguly always so this team was actually built by Ganguly......please note Kohli also had little contributions in this Wcup and no RAINA
World knows Yuvraj/Zak/Hbajan/Sehwag are always backed to core by ganguly

Ganguly took over the captaincy when INDIA was in MESS of Match FIXINGS and lost few players......we only have 3 or 4 IMPACT PLAYERS then Sachin/Kumble/Dravid/Ganguly Do you agree Yuvraj/Sehwag/Hbajan/Zak owe their carriers to GANGULY?
