India can not be better side unless...

1. Throw out Rohit, Kartik, Murli and Ashwin permanently

2. Gambhir, Pujara must be in for at least all ODI and Test matches

3. Bad fielding, no selection. Drop catches, out of the team. Policy can save Indian cricket

4. Finally and important, there must be 50% tracks must be fast track in India. So that our batsman can handle foreign pitches/bowlers

BCCI has no guts to follow any of above standard

That is the reason we can not be no.1 side or we can not win on foreign pitches

policy of ind selectors being given salary based package have done damge to ind ckt. now no selector wants to harm bcci boss's interest so as not to lose 25 lakhs purse they get p.a. thats y ind ppl hv to bear dhobi.
