bcci is controlled by dee gangg. so for fixing matches uae will be selected by ipl.
sa is oly diversion tactics.

Cheerleaders are banned in this IPL as per an article in one of the articles in Rediff.

No doubt they IPL heads will choose Comfortable country for Fixing matches & players. South Africa proved best last time, should see which country allows fixing players and matches this time
