Any barrier can be broken if you invite Indian team to your country !! All sort of records can be acheived.. Dont expect the same if you visit India !!!

Correct , had BCCI not supported Indian and world cricket, winning any match for Indian team would be hard.
Its better for India to change the captain and remove dhoni from cricket team till world cup. Give all the guys tough training in MRF academy for six months.

If it is for the WC, I dont see Dhoni's position out of the team. He has done well. Moreover, his "magic wand" (if any) will work only if people play quality cricket.
For Tests & T20, YES. There should be a balance between others and not 1 captain for all formats. I'd personally prefer Nohit Sharma/Kohli taking over the T20 & test captaincy respectively.

Dhoni's magic wand will only work if Srinivasan fixes, like he fixed the WC and has fixed the upcoming IPL, where foolish fans (biggest enemies of Indian cricket) will cheer, knowing that it is fixed.
