Even Sourav Ganguly did not have world class Fast bowlers in his side. But he with his aggression and mastermind made India a real good test team. Even kumble was a very good test captain. But sorry to say that Dhoni is a worthless TEST captain. Probably the worst after Azhar...

The rank of worst Indian test captain goes to Sachin, who not only lost overseas, but also lost home series, which at least Dhoni does not.
captain of no.8 team NZ with captain of n0.2 team Ind. Forget about dhoni's century OVERSEAS IN ANY FORMAT, dhoni cnt play even a brilliant innings under pressure which Rahane played last month in SA. What a piTY caPTAIN of oUR Indian team cnt bat on fast pitches against quality bowlers. nw dnt talk about his half century in first innings bcz 1 half century after 2years in 10test innings after being a b!g fl0p in 9innings is n0t a great achievement.
rahane, agarkar, kumble, yusuf all made centuries batting at no.7 n 8 and captAIN st00l cnt score even a single t0n tiLL date OVERSEAS batting from no.3to no.7... useleSS flATTRackbULLY hehehehe

McCullum and Watling hard played beautyfully. and Watling hard batted really well. we all know McCullum is a good batsman but i never expected this kind of show from Watling .
our last meaningful successful years was way back in 2010-11 when we used to win test matches abroad and win ODI tours consistently. once kirsten stepped aside and srini took over the bcci, its all about two men show combo of srini-dhoni. its been utter failures for us a team till now. even if we win this test and draw the series, its still a failure for a 2nd ranked team not to win a series against low ranked kiwis. its the right time for dhoni to step down from both t20 and tests and focus on WC 2015 and retire gracefully.

INDIAN SELECTORS ARE SHAMELESS CREATURES ON THIS EARTH. WITH THE SIZE OF POPULATION WE HAVE WE CAN HAVE MORE THAN 5 TEAMS BETTER THAN THIS CRICKET TEAM. APOLOGIES IF CALCULATED 5 AS LESS. ZCPBY

Thats not likely though the reality check is that selectors dhoni whoever has made a grave error. IE giving youngsters chance cant take the fact that we are playing a B grade team. Guys left out are not old but sheer politics has hit Indian team else. Gambhir is 32, Bhajji 33 and still good enough for 3 years. Why Vijay, rohit seems that cant get dropped and hence India will keep sufferring. England tour is 5 tests if we dont wake up now. It will be too late.

win or lose doesn't matter for our team, bcs big money in IPL is waiting for both team and selectors as well as BCCI

Psychological pressure of our utter failure on Day 4 makes a defeat on Day 5 very likely.
Our oldies Bhajji and Gambhir failed quite badly in the Rest of India game , while some youngsters from Karnataka hit big scores. They deserve a chance much more than the oldies , even if they take time to mature.
